About Potentia2020-01-09T17:04:21+00:00

Potentia was founded on, and runs its business daily, based on Four Core Values.

> Innovation – We look for new and creative ways to deliver value to our clients, applicants and partners.
> Inspiration – We believe that involving yourself in pursuits greater than yourself is essential to a purposeful life and career.
> Inclusion – We believe, and the data shows, that companies that draw from and support the widest swaths of humanity simply run better.
> Integrity – We strive to always align our words and our actions and to practice positive, solution-oriented communication.

Potentia is a business-oriented, for-profit, social enterprise dedicated to solving persistent problems through a market driven approach.
The problems we seek to address are as follows:

The unemployment rate for college graduates on the autism spectrum is 80%.

The overall unemployment nationally is under 4%.

Too many employers today don’t understand the opportunity in those two statistics, or how to seize on it.

Potentia seeks to meet these challenges in the following ways:

To train and support forward looking organizations looking to leverage neurodiverse talent, and then to connect them with that talent through Potentia STARS.

To leverage this exceptional talent to provide project services through Potentia Projects.

To provide career opportunities for talented neurodiverse individuals through client opportunities and our own project work.

To leverage technology to continuously innovate in meeting those opportunities.
